Here’s a glimpse of what’s new:
- Client Job Approval: Facility users can create job requisitions to send for internal approval before being submitted to the VMS for posting to suppliers. Once approved, the job becomes visible for suppliers, ensuring a smoother and more transparent operation.
- PRN Staffing Schedule: Manage PRN orders directly from the calendar view, enabling greater efficiency in staffing operations.
- Facility Dashboards: 9 dynamic widgets with real-time visibility of key performance metrics to allow facilities to make informed decisions about needs, bill rates, and spend.
- Supplier Scorecard: 8 widgets that provide comprehensive performance analytics to suppliers giving them real-time insight on how they measure against other suppliers for the MSP program.
- Adjust Invoice and Reverse Invoices: Initiate an invoice adjustment effortlessly with the click of a button to simplify the invoice management process for greater control and accuracy.
- Automatically Calculate Balances on Government Task Orders: When timesheets are finalized, the hours and amount billed are deducted from the task order’s original total of hours and amount. Allowing users quick visibility into the remaining balance associated to the task order.
